absolutely worst experience i have ever had in buying a car. They sold me a brand new car with scratches on hood and doors. The scratches could not be seen when salesman did walk around on it before releas car. They sold me a brand new car with scratches on hood and doors. The scratches could not be seen when salesman did walk around on it before releasing it to me because it was cloudy and almost dark. The car was in make ready for 2 hours. They sold me this car knowing it had scratches , but elected not to say anything about them The card also still had the glue on it from the plastic that it has when being transported. the car only had 9 miles on it, they should have sold it to me in prestine condition. Now about the money part of my bad experience. I gave 8000.00 cash down plus a cashiers check of 32777.70. The salesman JAMES BROWN, counted the 8000.00 at his desk in from of me, I counted and a friend that was with me witnessed the counting. He took the cash to the finance manager. I did not receive a receipt for the 8000.00 till later when signing the paperwork. my mistake was not looking at the receipt right then. I was signing a lot of paperwork. I trusted------- that it was correct. I also had told the finance manager that i gave the sales guy JAMES BROWN, 8000.00 cash. Get home and notice the scratches, they want to just fill up my tank and let it be!!!No that's not alright. In looking at the paperwork i noticed the receipt for cash was for 5000.00. Now I make another trip yet to Dallas and the salesclerk clearly FLAT OUT LIES. I had talked to him on the phone along with the finance guy. the finance guy say's I didn't know anything about 8000.00 cash. So I talked to JAMES BROWN and he CLEARLY STATES TO ME THAT HE REMEMBERS COUNTING 8000.00 CASH AND THAT IT HAD BEEN DOCUMENTED. So when I went back to straighten things out, JAMES BROWN LIES TO HIS BOSS AND SAYS HE DON'T REMEMBER HOW MUCH HE COUNTED. FUNNY HE REMEMBERED TWO DAYS BEFORE ON THE PHONE WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!! THEY PULL OUT THE RECEIPT FOR 5000.00 WHICH IS A MISTKE ON THIER PART. LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE HAS A EXTRA 3000.00 THAT IS NOT THIERS. THEY WILL NOT EVEN WORK WITH ME ON THIS. JAMES BROWN IS A LIAR! THAT'S WHAT I WILL SAY ABOUT THAT. HE TOLD ME HE REMEMBERED COUNTING 8000.00 BUT WOULD NOT SAY THAT IN FRONT OF HIS BOSS. WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS EVER AGAIN WITH TROPHY NISSAN.
