My son trades in his 16 Mustang for a focus ,trying to be finacially responsible having a lower car payment and insurance.Less than 10 days aftsr his pur hase the vehicle had transmission issues. In contacting the Pre owned manager I was quickly sent to the service manager(this isnt a service issue) Could not reach him after several attempts.So now my son is trying to drive a vehicle that he us not sure on a day to day basis if it will fail on him. He got 17k on his Mustang and it was quickly on their websire for 21k.They made money on the trade as well as the vehicle sold to him yet are unwilling to help him out.How woukd they like it if there child was in this position? Trophy is a Berkshire Hathaway owned company who have several dealers in the area..Westway Ford,Grapevine Ford,and the new point in Prosper..Do you really want to do business with these people? More

I’ve recently completed another sales experience (two sales & one lease) at Trophy Nissan which, in the end was a brilliant example of dealership doing business in the right way. I will admit that there were a couple of bumps in road (nothing major) on the purchase of a pre owner Nissan Sentra for my daughter but here is the story that is most relevant to working with a stand-up company like Trophy Nissan…each issue was resolved in an excellent way! I’ve been in business for decades and one of the key strengths of any company is finding the proper resolution of any issue with a solid focus communicating with their customers to resolve any issues and they did so in spades. I was particularly impressed once again with the leadership that Jennifer Carroll (GM of Trophy Nissan) displayed involving this sale. She kept in constant contact and personally got involved thereby making this experience a great one. Also, for a second time, I worked with Trace Crocker (Sales Consultant at Trophy Nissan) on this transaction. He was integral at keeping everything in order and, again, with a keen eye on the needs of the customer. He made things work, has an excellent attitude and great to work with…he is the best! I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to get in contact with Trophy Nissan. They are pros and I will be, now and for the future, a very loyal customer! More
