This is the worst place I have ever visited. Their service dept was the most unprofessional bunch of as...... you've ever seen. Service dept employee,"Antaeus Coleman "sent me a bill for $900. When I questioned him about it he dropped it to $199. He said he made a mistake but I needed to come pay him before my car was finished because he had to go get his kids. Wait...what ?? I can't wait to file a complaint against this dealership. I'm contacting EVERYBODY !! BBB, Consumer affairs, Chanel 11 news etc...Needless to say...my car was NOT fixed. But I paid him and got outta there, fast !! More

I am completely satisfied with every stage of my experience and have already recommended Trophy Nissan to several friends. Without a doubt, when I'm ready for my next vehicle in the future, I'll be going to Trophy Nissan first and asking for Justin Torres if he's available!!! More
