I called an got the assistance I needed in a timely manner. There were no pressure. My salesperson was friendly and kind. He also did follow up calls to see if I needed anything. I didn't have to spend hours upon hours to seal the deal. Which was great! I asked for a specific car with specific exterior and interior colors, very low miles, good price compared to others.
