Trophy has always made me feel welcome every time I've visited. They respect my time and get me in and out as quickly as possible. My wife is on her second Murano that we've bought from Trophy. The service overall is good but I think your prices are a little too high for the service provided. Also I am extremely disappointed with your car wash service. Well when I got to my vehicle they had NOT! I told Marco about it and he had them wash it, and it was such a poor and messy job I wish I had not mentioned it and just washed it myself. More

Robert made me want to come back to trophy nissan for all of my repairs. He made me very comfortable and he explained everything to me. I took my car in for an oil change that it was long over due for. They had it in and out in less then 30 minutes. I didn't even have to sit at the dealership and wait on it. I called the service department and spoke with Carl David. He instructed me in ways to get the car to start of which none worked.
