If you ever want to find the biggest collection of liars, scammers and dishonest people who lie right to your face, then head over to Tropical Chevrolet and buy a new vehicle. I was met by Felix Diaz, who w scammers and dishonest people who lie right to your face, then head over to Tropical Chevrolet and buy a new vehicle. I was met by Felix Diaz, who was the only bright spot but he was drowned out by dishonest sales and finance managers who will change the terms of an already agreed upon deal at every turn. They will also run your credit (as many times as they can so you get numerous inquiries from all of their shady companies) and then lie and raise the price of the car. I also have a "We Owe" from them to fix some scratches that were on my vehicle and I have called and went to them at least 20 times and they refuse to honor it. Their word is useless. Their motto should be "Come to Tropical Chevrolet where our sales experience is like going 10 rounds with a prime Mike Tyson". A score of one star is much too generous for what most likely is the worst car dealership on the planet. Tropical Chevrolet, you don't deserve a Chevy dealership. More

Dealership is very difficult to work with, change numbers three times, baited me and then switched me on a figure. Dealership's website shows a sales price and then when you get a quote from them, it’s much three times, baited me and then switched me on a figure. We originally intended to get a trax Mario the sales agent made sure to find the one we wanted and give us updates for when it would arrive. He followed up with us and was very nice.
