I brought my Corvette to Tropical Chevrolet on May 30, 2024 to change the tires. Unfortunately, and to my dismay, when I picked up my Corvette, my rims were scratched and damaged by the Tech who changed 2024 to change the tires. Unfortunately, and to my dismay, when I picked up my Corvette, my rims were scratched and damaged by the Tech who changed the tires. The tech was sloppy when he changed my tires and scratched my rims. I met with the Service Director Julio in June who agreed to fix and repair the damage to my rims. Its been 3 months since Julio agreed to fix and repair my rims and Julio has simply ignored me and does not return my phone calls. Its very frustrating. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Tropical Chevrolet and disappointed that the Service Director Julio did not honor what he said and agreed too. More

Took my Corvette to have tires replaced and Alignment. They marked the rims and I did not see when I picked up because there was grease all over the rims to cover the marks.
