Found a Tahoe on line within our price range and asked for them to give us the out the door price. They totally disregarded the online price and increased it $15,000 saying we had to drive in to negotiat for them to give us the out the door price. We went to look at and test drive a car we saw online for my niece looking to buy her first car. Complete waste of time because what they failed to mention over the phone was that the car wasn't even drivabl my niece looking to buy her first car. Complete waste of time because what they failed to mention over the phone was that the car wasn't even drivable with the missing gear shift and flat tire. Not only that but it read it's never had an accident but is damaged on the back end but that is not the only reason for my terrible review. The salesman treated us like total garbage when we told him what we were looking for and when he said that what we were looking for didn't exist my sister informed him that it does and that she grew up in the car business then he got a bad attitude and started talking about their dealer fees. Salesman work on commission right? Well my nieces cosigner has a credit score of 851. We went to another dealership in Broward where when we told the sales guy what we were looking for he said "let's see what we can find" and guess what we walked off actually drove off that lot with doubling our budget. Attitude and personality is everything in sales. I would NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE TO EVEN LOOK AT A CAR. More

BUYERS BEWARE !! I have been scammed 3,000 dollars and nobody at the dealership seems to care , next stop will be florid office or financial regulations , bbb and every other review platform out there to make sure nobody that know ever buys a vehicle from this place . Being a Chevy dealer they should carry themselves with honor and dignity but tropical Chevy is just another shady car dealer in Miami . Buyers beware ! More
