However after my most recent experience while shopping for a Chevy Volt, my opinion of Tropical has markedly improved. From the moment I walked in the door to the final mechanical checkout, the entire staff bent over backwards to show personal interest in my needs. They worked hard to give me a fair deal, then sweeten it with extras before handing me the keys of my new vehicle. The financing steps were clearly explained then expedited by an extremely patient and professional financial specialist. The service manager helped me with technical support and then decide on the appropriate warranty plan. All the details were supervised by Isiah Seda who takes his job as a sales specialist seriously. Five Stars Plus. More
