excellent, professional, reliable service we experienced a minor annoying windshield wiper incident..called and made an appointment foe examination....immediately we were welcomed by Elsie an we experienced a minor annoying windshield wiper incident..called and made an appointment foe examination....immediately we were welcomed by Elsie and the car was taken back for examination...Elsie kept up updated on the diagnosis and repair...even showing us the defective parts...the problem was fixed in a shorter time than was communicated and totally repaired! Elsie is professional, friendly and informative...we always feel confident when dealing with Tropical Ford and Elsie!!! More

They were *this close* to being great. It was a pleasant experience dropping off the car. They told me the price up front and were very friendly. The car was ready later that day and I told them I would be able to get it if their free shuttle service would come pick me up after work. The shuttle service stops running at 3:00 pm. Not great for picking up a car after work! They could have mentioned that before I left it there. So I planned to do it the next morning before work since they open at 7:00 am. I call for shuttle pickup and they say the driver will contact me. I wait about half an hour and it is getting close to when I have to go to work so I resign myself to calling an uber at my expense. After arranging for the trip and with the driver on the way, then the shuttle calls me and says he is pulling into my subdivision now. Not great communication there. And then after paying for the service they give me my keys and I have to go look for my car in the back lot by myself only to find out that it is covered in mud and bird droppings. They could have easily done simple things to make my experience five stars but didn't put in the effort. At least they didn't screw anything up with the service. I only go there because of where they are located. More

Easy and stress-free I expect when buying a car and going to dealerships that it will be a stressful process. I immediately felt at ease and relaxed when Steve approached me. He was very nice, not aggressive, and very knowledgeable. I came to look at a specific car that was online. He showed it to me, got the keys for a test drive, and informed me of all the different luxuries of the car. When we returned, he asked if I had a trade-in. I said yes and immediately explained that I was not taking anything less than what I expected, and he was very accommodating. For the first time, I felt like Steve was in my corner when negotiating the trade-in/car buying deals. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car, and make this dealership a first stop for car buying in the future. More
