I bought a brand new Honda CRV from this dealership. I was promised free all season mats included in the deal. On the vehicle pickup day, i was told that mats are running back order and i will get them I was promised free all season mats included in the deal. On the vehicle pickup day, i was told that mats are running back order and i will get them in a week. Its been one month, after so many excuses that we are working on getting them. They finally told that mats can’t be comped. If you commit something, you should honor that. More
