My husband and I had both Honda vehicles in for scheduled maintenance. 15,000 mile maintenance for CRV and 100,00 mile maintenance for Accord. We were both happy we were able to schedule both appointments with Rich. We are both satisfied with the maintenance done on our cars. I was especially happy that my more detailed maintenance was done faster than I thought I would have to wait. The entire staff at Troy Honda are friendly, courteous and professional. This is the only dealership where we buy our vehicles and get oil changed and needed maintenance from. Get job everyone and much appreciated. Thank you! More
Joe Camilleri has always made it easy to lease and turn in my cars. Joe kept me apprised of when my vehicle would arrive at the dealership and available to pick up. What started out as a disappointment turned into a good experience. After some miscommunication with the Used Car lot, I was lucky enough to get a second shot at a used vehicle that Tom Robinson and I had experience. After waiting more than 5 months to get a car, Michael Smith was able to reserve a Si and keep his commitment for selling the car at to sell at MSRP.
