I was looking to change my Civic for a SUV. John Yost had helped me a few years ago to buy the Civic. I had such a great experience with him that I reached back out to him again. We talked and emailed about different options and my budget which was super important. We found the best solution for me, leasing a CR-V Hybrid. I’m so happy with my vehicle! Especially because we kept my same financing payment which was KEY for me, and I even got money back from trading in my Civic. John took the time to go over all the features with me, and I felt so comfortable driving away in it. I even came back cause I had forgotten how to do the remote start, and John kindly showed me again. Honestly, he made the experience so easy and fantastic. The whole process took about a week. He made me feel that comfortable and confident that I was ready to make the change and absolutely no regrets! I recommend Troy Honda, and especially John Yost! More

I really wanted to purchase this rare vehicle... but the employees of Troy Honda are slack and unprofessional... they wasted quite a bit of my time!
