Bait and Switch I cannot be certain, but I believe this dealership did a bait and switch on me. The original Civic we test drove was not the Civic we purchased. After the test drive, the sales manager came to the sales guy's office and apologized that he had just sold that car to another person. I believe this was a bait and switch because we wanted a specific color of Civic that they promised to find. Of course they found one in the next couple of days but it was not the EXACT model we test-drove and thought we were buying. (I have to say, shame on me for not making sure everything was the same.. First mistake: I trusted this dealer). This dealership has since proven to be NOT-user friendly, arguing about service promised by the sales guy. Additionally, the service department is rude and in-accessible; it is like they're doing you a favor to work on your car. WILL NEVER BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED! More
