Awesome car, great customer service, all promises met. Purchased a 2001 BMW 330Ci from John and Ryan. Called ahead and John met me. Car was clean and ready for a test drive. I mentioned that I had a 2004 Acura MDX that I might keep or sell outright, but would entertain a trade if the numbers were right. I told John that I was very interested and would be in the next day with my Acura to have it appraised. I did not have to wait more than a few minutes for Mike to begin the appraisal and then John surprised me and told me that I could drive the BMW back to work and the rest of the night. Ryan contacted me with their offer, which I accepted. I then went into the dealership the next day and consummated the deal. Everything was smooth and orderly. Ryan had run a credit application and he and I discussed financing options, but I chose to pay cash. There were some incidentals that had to be taken care of...a promissory note allowed me to complete the transaction once my $ situation was settled...a spare key had to be ordered, etc. I even received the original window sticker from the previous one-owner and all service records. I love the car and would suggest TruWorth, John and Ryan to anyone looking for a quality automobile and a smooth, friendly buying experience! More
