First time buying used car. The sales team was excellent. Casey did a nice job by being honest and upfront throughout the whole process. Casey also went above and beyond by bringing the car up to their Kokomo location so it was not as far of a drive for me. Unfortunately the paperwork had errors so it had to be redone, but they quickly remedied this and I was on my way. Overall quick paperwork process. So just some suggestions for the service team to improve on: The only issues I had, was with the service team. They supposedly inspected the car, but I had 2 taillights/running lights out, as well as a fuse, which impacted all of the lights on one side of the car as well as the interior. This was a safety issue and limited when I could drive it until I got it fixed. I also found out the brake fluid needed to be replaced. And the seal around the window in the convertible top also had to be fixed as it was letting copious amounts of water into the trunk. But the sales team helped with an accommodation for that, that was acceptable to me. Overall positive experience and I would visit them again if I am in the market for a used car. More
