After considering my criteria for a vehicle, and him weighing in on reliability and upkeep of specific brands that I had in mind, we were out on the lot and test driving a vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle while I was there, and the entire staff that I dealt with seemed helpful and upfront about the entire process. I came back the next morning to test drive the car for an hour or so, and was driving off the lot in my new used car by noon. Overall it was a great experience, and I see myself being a repeat customer when the need arises. More

Carval set me up with several vehicles to test drive that were in line with my wishes, and had everything I needed to know about each one (Carfax is a given on everything here). Their business model is set up with all non-commission sales guys so there is very little pressure, but if you do your homework, you'll realize that they're one of the more competitively priced used car dealers in Indy (at least on trucks). Highly recommend. More

No pressure sales, BEST car buying experience EVER!! Carval answered the phone when I called with questions and invited me to come look at a car I was interested in buying. When Rodney met me on the lot Carval answered the phone when I called with questions and invited me to come look at a car I was interested in buying. When Rodney met me on the lot he explained that Carval was on a phone call and they didn't work on commission. This immediately put me at ease that they all worked as a team. Rodney was very personable and easy to work with. He helped me find a first car for my son and seemed as excited about the car as my son was! We went through the Carfax and the dealers mechanical inspection and he was happy to explain the details. There was no high pressure or the usual "I will have to talk to my manager about the lowest price." Michael was excellent with getting the financial paperwork completed and there was No Hassle! I highly recommend buying a used car from Rodney and Michael at Tru Worth! More
