Bentley Continental GT Speed I was really hesitant about buying a car sight on seen but Truworth changed my perception. I saw online a Bentley that I liked. I have been looking in LA and OC for one for the past 6 months but no luck w price, year and milage. Well, Truwort had a 2010 Bentley GT Speed with only 13500 miles on it at $75k. A car like this would be snatched up in Cali just like that and no way I would be able to get it. Robert called me and after 10 min talking about cars and their dealership, I put a deposit of $500 and went thru the process of finance. I didn't try to negotiate as the used car lots are harder to negotiate too much down as there are no incentives from manufacturers so even if I were to spend an hour going front and back, i wouldn't had gotten too far BUT that being said, as a buyer from Cali, I know this specific Bentley was priced to sell. Robert put me at ease...Mike got me finance rate with my own bank lol at an almost like a new car rate. Actually it is only 0.49 more than my wife's G Wagon. I had the car shipped from Indiana enclosed cargo and cost $1800. You can't beat the service and price! Oh, best part is I even have a 6 months warranty for like $1500 more!! If you see a car with Truworth you like, buy with confidence. Robert is awesome sales guy with best follow up!!! He actually even texted me a month after purchase to see how things are! Definitely if Truworth can get a Rolls Royce or Lambo the next time I am buying a car, only place I would buy from for any used vehicle. More

Some peanuts or chips and a pop would go a long way. We've had some awful experiences with dealers and were on the fence about buying something. The most recent bad experience was with a large dealer who misrepresented a car. TruWorth pictures were real, we didn't get there and find junk like with so many dealers. These folks were patient, took time to explain things and didn't lie. So far they've seemed to really work with us and I'm impressed. TruWorth had no problem with our mechanic checking it out, which after prior experiences surprised me. They've even agreed to make a few repairs to the vehicle to make us happy. Most impressive: Everyone missed a rock chip in the windshield that was under the sticker and they agreed to fix it no questions asked. So far I'm happy, but will definitely let folks know if something changes. So far my only complaint is that we don't have a TruWorth on our side of town yet to compete with these huge "monopoly" dealers. We really need more choices on this side of town, sooner rather than later. So far my 5 stars are real. I can't rate quality of work, because they haven't worked on it yet. More

Pleasantly surprised. Feeling a little frustrated after dealing with and getting no where with an insurance company due to my wife being side swiped in an auto accident. We found ourselves looking for a new car to replace the one damaged in the accident. After looking online and checking out some of the other dealers I came across a car that I liked at TruWorth and decided to check it out. After arriving at the lot I noticed 2 things reasonably priced, clean cars. I was happy to see the prices of the cars on the cars which wasn't the case at some of the other dealerships that I had visited. While I was on the lot Rodney, came out and introduced himself and simply asked if he could assist me and what I was looking for. After a brief conversation about what things were most important to me, we were off test driving a really nice Ford Fusion, after a short test drive I decided that I was interested and he introduced to Michael Paustsch who assisted with the financing and was able to get a low interest rate and a low monthly payment... Dad made some phone calls to make sure the vehicle was still available and Rodney was very helpful over the phone and said to come on up and we could take a look at it. I have never seen such friendly staff at a car dealership before. I will definitely be going to TruWorth when my lease is up in 2 years to find a car. Rodney was working so hard to try and accommodate all FOUR of the customers he had at the same time while we were there. Purchasing the car took time after they closed at 7pm and no one was frustrated or rude because we still had to be there. Chip in Finance was wonderful to work with as well. Very helpful It was a great car buying experience overall! My dad loves his new car! More
