The car was in like-new condition as advertised, and although I wasn't planning on trading in the car I drove in, the offer they gave me was too good to pass on, so I ended up purchasing the SUV and trading my car in as well. Robert went above & beyond This was our first time at TruWorth and we originally saw them on Cargurus.com. Was in the market for a used truck as a recreational vehicle. My hus This was our first time at TruWorth and we originally saw them on Cargurus.com. Was in the market for a used truck as a recreational vehicle. My husband went to test drive one on TruWorth's lot. He had a list of "must haves" but knew that some concessions needed to be made given we were looking for a used vehicle. Unfortunately the truck did not work out, but Robert contacted my husband the following day with pictures and information for another truck TruWorth recently received as a trade-in. He even texted the Carfax! The truck seemed to have met all of my husband's needs so we went for a test drive. I asked my husband if Robert had a notebook in hand when he initially spoke with him because he had all of the boxes "checked" that my husband listed. He didn't miss a single thing. Fortunately, the 2nd truck worked out and we purchased it same day. Needless to say Robert went above & beyond to meet our needs and made sure all of our questions were answered. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. On a side note, we had our dog with us that day & TruWorth is a dog-friendly establishment! Robert even brought our dog a huge bowl of water & he's also a dog guy himself.
