I had to go home to get the title, and told them it would take me a couple of days to get it. They drove me home (30 minutes) and then came back 3 days later to give me the check once I had the title. Couldn't have been easier. Great people, fast and fair. If I had another car to sell I would go to them first. More

From the moment we rolled onto the parking lot, to even making it inside the building, we were not ambushed by salesmen; but rather simply allowed to walk in and promptly be greeted by the staff. A very relaxed yet professional atmosphere, with a sense of community that was palpable and even permeable awaited. We were met by Carval Lyons, who made us feel extremely welcome and like we were part of the TruWorth family. Carval appraised our car and immediately put in great work for us to get the best deal that we could for it, which we more than appreciated! He then directed us to Casey Niles -- words cannot describe how helpful and pivotal he was in buying a car from TruWorth, being educated on car buying as first time buyers, and building a long term relationship that is sure to have us coming back time and time again. Casey took his time got to know us personally and allowed us to do the same, explained everything we needed to know in depth, directed us to the right brands, price range, and features that we were looking for. Having a had a low income we wanted a car that we were hoping to be approved for under the conditions we had, but it turns out that we weren't approved for the car. We were actually having a difficult time being approved overall; however, that didn't stop Casey Niles, and Mike Pautsch (finance dpt.) from continuing to fight for us. They called and called, ran through what I assume to be loads of paperwork, worked with upper management, checked other dealerships, and did whatever it took to help us obtain a fantastic car at a below market price! I highly recommend TruWorth to anyone who is in the market for a car! They communicate, make you feel welcome, aren't pushy about buying, selling or trading, they're fast, superb at car buying education, and best of all you'll have a team that works nonstop for you! We appreciate all the hard work that was done for us, and wish we could give this dealership, and these men more stars.
