Excellent Customer Service! Ryan had the car I was interested in ready to test drive when we pulled in. He was very friendly and answered all of my many questions..... he was professional yet friendly. Although it was a bit longer then the 30 minutes out the door, I have to admit that was partially my fault. It took me longer then normal to fill out the application and I came in without insurance. Jenn was helpful in getting me financed and getting the best for me, yet gave me options. She also explained each one of the many forms I had to sign and answered my many questions! My whole experience was overall good! I have already referred 3 friends! A few reccomrndation would be to give the option to fill out an application online when we call ahead of time. My only complaint would be that the alert was on letting us know tire pressure was low... not a big deal but it was mentioned on the test drive. I assumed when Ryan said they were cleaning it up, transferring my plates and getting it ready to take home, that the tire pressure would have been corrected... I didn't notice it wasn't until we got home!! I have purchased many cars in my life and this was the friendliest, least stressful, quickest car purchase I have ever had. I appreciate that the sales people do not work on commission, but that also means you pretty much pay the list price.... which is less then KBB.....no negotiation! Thank you to everyone that helped to make this purchase smooth and stress free! More
