Needed a larger vehicle I had been in the market for a while looking for a larger family vehicle. I found a vehicle located at TruWorth Auto that seemed like it could serve m I had been in the market for a while looking for a larger family vehicle. I found a vehicle located at TruWorth Auto that seemed like it could serve my family well. After test driving the vehicle, I decided to proceed with the process and ask for a trade in value for my vehicle. The initial offer for my car was lower than I expected, or wanted, but I was able to talk with Scott about the situation, and some give and take from both parties happened, and I was finally satisfied with the "business" part of the deal. My salesman, Greg, was very upfront and easy to work with during the process. Scott in financing did what he could, under the circumstances, to work with me for a more "palatable" financial agreement. Was the deal slanted towards the dealership? Of course it was. They need to make a profit. I understand that, and I also understand it would have taken me time and effort to try and sell my car for more money by myself. All in all, I don't have any specific complaints about my experiences in my vehicle purchase at TruWorth. They were certainly far less "pushy" than some of the other brand dealerships in the area. I appreciated that! More
