167 point inspection is meaningless I initially enjoyed my visit to TruWorth, which is why I chose to come back and purchase my car there. The “167 point inspection” was one of the decid I initially enjoyed my visit to TruWorth, which is why I chose to come back and purchase my car there. The “167 point inspection” was one of the deciding factors, it made me confident that they'd taken the time to give the car a thorough inspection. 3 weeks after purchase, the transmission failed, leaving me stranded alone at night on the side of the highway. Initially they said they would work with me to help provide a discounted replacement but the entire process took 3 weeks and I ended up paying over 4k for a new transmission, which is exactly what my local Honda dealership quoted as a 'walk in from the street price'. On top of that I spent over $600 renting a car for 3 weeks, so in it's first month of ownership I had to spend more than half of the price of the vehicle again just to make it driveable. I responded very politely to one of their multiple emails requesting my customer feedback, letting them know how very unhappy I was with having to spent 5k on my new vehicle 3 weeks after purchase..... and they didn't even bother to respond to me. I would certainly not recommend this dealership to anyone, it feels like great customer service when you walk in the door but as soon as they have your cash in hand, don't expect them to care if anything goes wrong with your purchase. Great Car Buying Experience W/ Alex La Rondie Alex La Rondie was a joy to work with throughout the entire car buying process. She was knowledgeable about what we needed and what we wanted and show Alex La Rondie was a joy to work with throughout the entire car buying process. She was knowledgeable about what we needed and what we wanted and showed us a little of both so we could make the best decision for our family. She even helped us figure out how to fix an electrical issue in our older model car at home through online videos so we could sell it. Alex La Rondie's great sense of humor was icing on the cake:) We had questions and a couple of requests a few weeks later and she handled both of them on the same day!!!!
