They show you the instant-cash-offer from Kelley Blue Book (KBB), then offer you the "fair" rating for trade-in from (KBB) of the striped-down, no option model of your trade. They do push their finance department, so be prepared to have them ask you to finance there. Upon purchase, there is a mandatory $199 security fee. It is to reimburse you $2k above an insurance claim if your vehicle is stolen. Another fee that is pushed is road hazard (recommended if you want a flat fixed - and reimbursement for a rental vehicle). The sales manager thoroughly went over the details of all documents which required signatures - really appreciated. More

I should have had the car checked before I bought it. 2013 F150 Lariat - Gorgeous truck ,fair price, great service Saw the truck on-line and had many conversations w/ Robert LaSalle. He responded immediately to every request I had for info/pictures on the truck. Saw the truck on-line and had many conversations w/ Robert LaSalle. He responded immediately to every request I had for info/pictures on the truck. I live in NY and the truck was in Indiana and prior to me flying in I had to be sure the truck was up to my standards. A 30 minute Face Time video with Robert showing me every aspect of the truck that I requested sealed the deal. Decision made - deposit down and then fly in. That process took almost 10 days as I am very picky and hopefully thorough. Robert picked me up at the airport and I got the first look at the dealership. Compact quarters with a lot of quality vehicles of many styles. I told Robert I needed to be left alone so I could concentrate on inspecting the truck. He checked in once in 40 minutes - did just what I asked. We then went for a ride - what a gorgeous truck - met all of my expectations.
