Traverse Baby!! When our daughter totaled her car earlier in the week, we were worried about how she would get around with her young son. On Wednesday, we discussed g When our daughter totaled her car earlier in the week, we were worried about how she would get around with her young son. On Wednesday, we discussed getting me a new car and giving her our old one until she could afford something better. I went online and found my Traverse and TruWorth. I filled out the request for more information that night and the next morning Casey called me. A few hours later, all of the approvals were done and he called to ask me when I wanted to pick up my car. We went after work and when we got there, the car was up front, already detailed and ready to go. Casey was very amicable and within minutes we were out for a test drive. He answered all of my husband's questions, didn't panic when I did a couple break checks and curve tests, and talked with us about our grandchildren and his child. When we got back, we went inside where we were greeted by the entire staff and placed in a very comfortable room to sign paperwork. We spent a total of an hour and 15 minutes, including the test drive, at TruWorth and then we were on our way home with our 2012 Traverse. Everything was smooth and easy and changed our opinion about car buying. We will definitely be back when we or our kids are ready to purchase a newer vehicle. Thanks Casey! You made our day! More

I made several phone calls to him, asking questions, and for additional pictures, and he always came through. I felt so comfortable that I bought a one way plane ticket from Minnesota( Robert picked me up at the airport-nice touch). When I saw the car I was not disappointed. I went to look at a used camaro convertible I found the car I was interested in and asked for more information on a Sunday evening. Since I wasn't trading a vehicle Nick Hardwick the general sales manager offered to drive my vehicle home so I could take the convertible. This whole process was very comfortable and smooth. I ended up trading my BMW Z4 for the Jeep and received a very fair deal on both vehicles. I participated in their "shares" program and received another check for my trade within a month! I've purchased many cars over the years but I've never had a better experience than the one at Truworth. The staff is very professional. No cheesy gimmicks or high pressure sales here and the whole buying process only took about an hour! They even worked with me to install new tires on my Jeep and their service department was great as well. I'll definitely shop them again and recommend them to anyone I know! More
