Novel idea...No pressure = relaxed customer=purchase/sale 24 hours ago we literally were just going to pick up our 10 year old truck from down the road (needed air filter and oil change). As we were heading out we decided to buzz through TruWorth because our son and his wife had purchased a nice LandRover from them in the past year and was really pleased with their experience. Casey Niles listened to my husband and next thing we knew we were on a test drive.Then we met Nick( who was super nice and kept the atmosphere relaxed). We were given a lot of good information never feeling pressure. They also offered us a fair price and purchased our truck from us. The whole process was smooth and much less time consuming than any other vehicle purchase we have ever made. Because of their friendliness and honesty and the relaxed atmosphere we did not feel the tension that normally goes with purchasing a car. I really think the secret to their success is keeping the customer in a nonpressured ,open minded frame of mind (we had no intention of being a"customer" last night!). The icing on the cake, we did not have to stress over trying to sell or trade our 10 year old truck. They took care of that within 10 minutes thanks to Nick. Casey was so knowledgeable and friendly and Nick kept business flowing and helped finalize things quickly. What a great experience.
