Customer service, Below Average...(Sell Swindle, Buy Stupid) I recently Moved here from Texas for Graduate school, After researching I found Truworth Auto. I traded in my Mercedes s63 with Tru worth, they ended I recently Moved here from Texas for Graduate school, After researching I found Truworth Auto. I traded in my Mercedes s63 with Tru worth, they ended up selling me an Infiniti with over 3k in repairs needed. After bringing it to their attention, Nick (GM) attempted to correct the situation by giving me 1k towards the value of the vehicle that I purchased from them 4 months ago. I tried to get in another vehicle with the same payments $271 but of course It didn't work out. (Go Figure). Also, I wouldn't recommend the shares program, from my experience they really drag their feet once the car is sold. Moral of the story, Customer service is below avg. I regret not taking my Mercedes s63 to Cadillac Lockhart, if you can avoid Truworth I suggest you do. Put simply this situation has been one of the worst. More

Very pleased My husband and I were looking for a specific vehicle and luckily, found it at TruWorth. Very receptive to my vehicle needs and terms I'm giving Mike a 5-star rating because he was very helpful in finding the right car for my family and I. I'm currently putting close to, or above, 50 I'm giving Mike a 5-star rating because he was very helpful in finding the right car for my family and I. I'm currently putting close to, or above, 50k miles on my car per year because of work. I also have a 3 year old and use my vehicle as the family travel car. He quickly understood the need I had for high fuel economy, lower miles on the engine currently, yet adequate space in the back for kids and car seats. We were able to find the right car for my family, my budget, my goals and my needs within an hour of visiting. I will be back to see Mike when I'm ready for a new car! More
