Mike and the team were extremely friendly and helpful And I got my dream care in a very short period of time. But here's what sold me on this dealership - during the test drive of an otherwise immaculate car, I heard a minor rattle in the left rear when going over a bump. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, I was surprised and impressed to learn the sales rep had taken the lead mechanic out for a drive in the car to listen for that rattle. They heard it, the mechanic identified and they fixed it (no charge, of course) before it left the lot. I've never been more informed about a vehicle's service history and mechanical checklist before a purchase, and the process itself was like looking at cars with a buddy. No hard sell, no soft sell. They give you all the info you need to make a decision, and it's up to you from there. I will be back, more than once. More
