bmw x3 purchase I was a little upset with my purchase but loved my car. It has been very well maintained from the previous owner so I purchased it. Me being a woman I do not know what to completely look for. I feel like I wasn't told the complete truth. I paid full price for what they were asking because I was told by my salesman that they do not come down at all on pricing but that the car was completely up to date with everything it needed. New tires and breaks, oil change etc. I didn't realize until the next day when my boss pointed out to me I needed new rotors. That the dealership placed new breaks but left the rotors worn completely out. This was a low blow to me because I felt like this was the best dealership to get good honest business from. I gave them 10,000 cash and financed the remainder, money that I had saved for so long. I still love my car drives, runs great but I still am upset that I had to turn around and purchase rotors for a vehicle I just purchased. More

Found us the right car to meet our needs and then got the paper work done in 20min and we had never had a car loan before, they found the banks/lenders showed us the choices so that we would pick what we wanted and meet our requirements . All this in under 30min just a wonderful !! More
