one key! They were nice enough but I was a bit frustrated to get a car with only one key! To get a new one will cost me $300+. Also I left the lot not knowing They were nice enough but I was a bit frustrated to get a car with only one key! To get a new one will cost me $300+. Also I left the lot not knowing that I had no key for the wheel locks. Not reassuring. The next day after my purchase they sent an email saying they were there to help after the purchase. They even mentioned helping with a key. Didn't happen in my case. . More

Awful Customer Service Would not leave me alone when I decided to buy from someone else. Very annoying group of salesmen that don't actually listen to what you want. Instead of selling a vehicle they were worried more about talking trash about everyone else. Trade in value they offered was apparently "the best in town" and nobody else could match it. Well someone else easily matched it and had better customer service! More

Difficult - Awful Experience I would have rather bought my car at a different company. I love my car and luckily I had done enough research and known my budget prior to coming in, I would have rather bought my car at a different company. I love my car and luckily I had done enough research and known my budget prior to coming in, otherwise they would have probably tried to screw over the entire process. Not that they didn't try. The sales representative I got was awful. He hit on me and it was totally inappropriate. Made me feel so uncomfortable. He even asked me out to drinks and dinner afterward. I purchased their warranties, which was an awful decision and when I went to get my first key replacement a month later, they had me drive to their location and then had one of their service associates drive my car to Fishers. The service associate that drove my car turned off my eco gas saver, changed my radio stations and moved my seat around. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THEY DIDN'T JUST HAVE ME DRIVE MY OWN CAR, but apparently they were the only people that could go get my key cut. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A CAR FROM TRUWORTH. More
