Well, they are all those things. Steven did a great job of making sure I knew what I was doing and information on my car/the car I was looking at purchasing. Chip is fantastic. Easy Sales Process that Can't handle exceptions We were looking for a good deal on a Wrangler and found a nice one that was priced well. We traded in my truck and was happy with the transaction. It took about 2 hours and was easy, clear and open. The problem came in when we had some "We Owe" paperwork. The service department has completely failed its part of the "We Owe" and seems to be completely clueless. First, the Wrangler we bought was missing 4 lug nuts (the previous owner had locking lug nuts and took them off. Steven wrote up the we owe 4 lug nuts. Then it was stated it would have two keys in the add. Add that to the we owe. I have tried 2 times now to stop by service to get the lug nuts and keys and they have failed to deliver. They have resorted to saying "We will mail it to you." It has been over 15 days and we still do not have what TruWorth owes as part of the sale process. Missing lug nuts is a safety concern and it would be nice to get this resolved. More

it was a great experience with Truworth and Casey Niles I took my 2011 Chevy HHR in with the intent on getting a fair price for it. Casey was helpful with that process. I was looking for a truck but was not I took my 2011 Chevy HHR in with the intent on getting a fair price for it. Casey was helpful with that process. I was looking for a truck but was not ready at that time. Casey and I sat down and discussed the worth of my vehicle. I was told of a Honda Ridgeline RTL they had on the lot. It was a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of this vehicle. I picked it up today. The whole process was smooth and the vehicle looked like new when I picked it up. I am working alot right now so I may not be able to enjoy it much for a few days. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend this dealership. There was no pressure and everyone there was inviting. 5 stars!!! More
