I had trouble getting financed at other dealerships. I have very limited credit. The team at truworth was willing to speak to multiple banks on my account in order to get me financed. I view my interaction with this company not just as a way to get on my feet. But a way to build a path into a solid future. I appreciate all their hard work and look forward to returning for my next vehicle purchase. More
By far the easiest and smoothest auto purchase I have been involved in so far! Jenn went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I was interested in and later purchased was ready to go for a test drive been involved in so far! Jenn went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I was interested in and later purchased was ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. She was extremely well prepared, promt, professional but also down to earth. This is not a normal dealer experience! Everyone on the lot was kind and helpful and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. I drove up 2 hours from Cincinnati and it was easy to find, the truck was outfront waiting and Jenn greeted me at the door, keys in hand. After the test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle and the paperwork took another 30 mins or so with no dealer fees only tax which was very nice!! Also, one thing that struck me was that on my trade-in, the owner sat down with me and explained that I could get a decent amount more if I sold it myself (even though I declined) but again their honesty and helpfulness was a very pleasent and unexpected suprise! When I am in the market for another quality used car I will be looking to them first because the great experience I had with this fine group of people and I would for sure reccommend them to anyone who is looking as well. Thanks!! More
Ron Williams was the primary reason for our positive experience with Tru Worth. He was helpful, honest, and very positive he could help us. That being the key element he approached the transaction with experience with Tru Worth. He was helpful, honest, and very positive he could help us. That being the key element he approached the transaction with the attitude that he was there to help us. this attitude would appear to be from the top down as everything was handled in that manner including the glitch that our check could not be ready until the following day. This is why we rated the experience so high. However, this review process isn't part of the positive experience. More
Sold my used Acura MDX. Staff inspected my vehicle quickly, explained the auto share cost program, and made an offer about 5% above the trade-value that I had researched. I accepted the offer and rece quickly, explained the auto share cost program, and made an offer about 5% above the trade-value that I had researched. I accepted the offer and received a check on the spot. The car sold within two weeks and I received my additional "share" check promptly. The total proceeds I received from the sale was about 5% below the Blue Book 'private party' sale value, but without the hassle, advertising cost or risk of selling the car myself. I would do business with TruWorth Auto again the next time I purchase a new vehicle. More
This was the first time into this dealership. I have purchased many cars at multiple dealerships and this car buying experience was by far the most pleasant. They were very professional from the moment purchased many cars at multiple dealerships and this car buying experience was by far the most pleasant. They were very professional from the moment I met a sales rep on the lot all the way to me driving off the lot in my new used car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Their prices are very fair and there was no real pressure to buy a car from them right then and there like it feels at most other dealerships. Greg Bowman Fishers IN More
I am very impressed with the concept that TruWorth Auto provides. I used them to sell my 2005 Acura RL. My experience with TruWorth Auto was great. The staff was easy to talk to and straight forward no hidden fees or bait and switch tactics. I received a mailing from the dealership that sold me my car stating that they were interested in buying my car back. I had to go online and collect an equity coupon before going into the dealership. Honest car stating that they were interested in buying my car back. I had to go online and collect an equity coupon before going into the dealership. Honestly I didn't want to go back to the same dealership so I put the the coupon in my wallet and put the task off for a couple of weeks. After seeing a commercial for TruWorth Auto I thought to myself I want to know what my car is worth without any pressure of a pending trade in. I found the information I was looking for and more! TruWorth Auto's business plan is literally on every sales desk. They also compare the assessment of my car to a national auto dealer. I am currently driving a car with half the mileage with lower monthly payments, not to mention that they will share the profit from the sale of my previous vehicle. This was accomplished in three hours. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient (I had made an appointment the day before and called twice to say I was running late). I dealt with Nic Hardwick. Great experience. He was no-nonsense and no hassle; an approach I appreciated. He also offered various warranties and even discussed the xxxxxxand cons of each. Truworth has a completely new and different business model where the PRICE LISTED IS THE PRICE PAID plus taxes. No negotiations or haggling are allowed. The good news is that no dealer fees are involv model where the PRICE LISTED IS THE PRICE PAID plus taxes. No negotiations or haggling are allowed. The good news is that no dealer fees are involved either. I originally had a misunderstanding about this new business model thinking it was like most dealerships where the price was much higher than necessary and some negotiation was needed to achieve value. I drove to the dealership from out of town to purchase a difficult to find Jeep. It was when I arrived and wanted to buy the Jeep that I was confronted with a clear description of the new business model and that the price was not going to change one bit. This did not meet my expectations and I did feel deceived. They also left the Jeep under pine trees and sap had landed all over the cloth top, hood, side mirror and door. They promised to detail/clean it while I made the purchase; however, when I came out to drive it home, sap still remained. So I was originally very unsatisfied with my experience; however, TruWorth ENDED UP COMING THROUGH IN THE END. They worked with me to change the wording on their sales pitch to make it more clear that they do not haggle and they also are sending a check to have the Jeep cleaned to get the sap off. These things show they do value the customer and are not just about selling to reach a quota. I still feel they should market their new business model better since it is totally different than the competition. Use their technique to their and the customers' advantage and say things like, "We charge the price listed + taxes because we price our cars so aggressively. We save you the trouble of haggling and we don't charge any additional fees!! It couldn't be simpler! We want to change the used car business!" I only say that because TruWorth is so unique and people really do value this kind of model (me included). Knowing all this, there really is no pressure and would be a relaxing car buying experience compared to others I have experienced. Since TruWorth does truly value their customers and is willing to work with them to help them feel satisfied, I would certainly recommend them to others. More
