I have bought three vehicles from there, the first vehicle I bought I never had any major issues, so I went back there and bought a second vehicle.It only took a week before I started having issues. My second vehicle has now been in a Ram dealership lot for 4 out of the 7 weeks I've owned it, and 2 of those the vehicle was basically un-drivable. I have said something to at least 5 employees, and no one cares. I figured maybe it was just a fluke and my wife bought a car there as well, the next day the a/c went out, I called them and they said they would call back on Monday to "make it right". I received no call towards the end of Monday so I called again, the person I talked to said something to the effect of "sounds like you should probably take it to a shop if you want it to have a/c."... Needless to say, my family will no longer go there. More

Sold me a mustang, while even at a bad time to purchase boy they can cover some issues. It leaks when it rains. Brake pads shot, clips not even installed correctly. Tire shop said my drivers left tire was from 2012. How can you sell someone a car like that?? More

07/20/22 We tried purchasing a used car from the Kokomo dealership and were driving 5-1/2 hours to buy it. The salesman and the manager both refused to sell us the car because we lived in Illinois / Out of dealership and were driving 5-1/2 hours to buy it. The salesman and the manager both refused to sell us the car because we lived in Illinois / Out of State When we asked to speak to the owner they responded with that was ridiculous. We asked if we came to purchase the car with cash in hand would they sell it to us and again they said they could not. Said they got burned on a sale a couple weeks before and so now they won't sell to out of state people. They even advertise that they sell Nationwide. Their loss of a sale. More
