We went to Truck City to get the oil changed, while there we looked around at for a small suv for my wife. Eddie Haddad, met us at the cars, keep in mind we didn’t want a vehicle right then so he left us. we looked around at for a small suv for my wife. I didn’t think we could get a loan but he showed us that we could and it cost us less and with no money , WOW! My wife is so happy with the Escape and the way that we were treated just like family. I have never experienced as good level of service as TCF. Taking my truck any place else just seems like such a waste. I grew up thinking that service departments at dealerships always overcharged. I dropped my truck off at the appointed time I was given 10:00 AM, I get a call at 3:00 PM saying that it’s just now getting an oil change since they like to do the east things first. I asked if they could tell me what’s wrong with it and they gave me the same info that auto zone gave me. I call again on Monday at 11:00 to check on the status they still did not know around 5:00 he called and finally gave me the answers I was looking for. On Tuesday I called again to check on status I sent as told the technician is working on another vehicle but that mine should be done at the end of the day which it was however my left rear tire only had 25lbs of pressure. This is the second time I have picked up my truck from the buda location and had low pressure. The first time I called and was told that the technicians release the air out of the tire to work on the truck. I am not sure if I’ll bring my truck back unless they work on communication, and pay Bette attention to all the details!!! More
