Usually I am very happy with this service but when I took my explorer in for oil change a few things bothered me 1. They did not have s record of my appointment 2. They did not check the last time the tires were rotated like they said they would 3. They did not put a windshield sticker for next oil change which is frustrating 4. The service report said the cooling system was checked but now the a/c is not cooling properly 5. I’d like to know that I am obtaining points in the ford rewards program but have no idea if i am 6 a courtesy wash should be provided every time since i have purchased my last 2 vehicles at this dealership More

Jason made this experience the easiest I have ever had with buying a new car. After hearing the horror stories of dealers charging ADM after the car comes in I was worried.
