I WAS LOOKING FOR A F250. I HAD BOUGHT SEVERAL TRUCKS HERE BEFORE I MOVED NORTH TO HUTTO. I WAS OUT SHOPPING FOR A TRUCK.WHEN I REMEMBERED TRUCK CITY. WENT THERE THE NEXT DAY. JASON MET US AT THE DOOR .H HERE BEFORE I MOVED NORTH TO HUTTO. I WAS OUT SHOPPING FOR A TRUCK.WHEN I REMEMBERED TRUCK CITY. WENT THERE THE NEXT DAY. JASON MET US AT THE DOOR .HERE WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. EXPLAINED HOW ALL DEALERSHIPS WERE SHORT ON TRUCKS. THEN HE SUGGESTED TO ORDER NEEDLESS TO SAY I PUT AN ORDER.IN. Been taking company vehicle ( Ford Transit) for warranty repair on transmission since vehicle had maybe 100 miles. Ever since then it’s been going in for same issue.At 68,000 miles they finally found issue. repair on transmission since vehicle had maybe 100 miles. Ever since then it’s been going in for same issue.At 68,000 miles they finally found issue. Replaced whole transmission. Vehicle was repaired after a month of being at dealer. After vehicle was repaired we never received call that vehicle was ready. So who knows how long van sat at dealer after being repaired. More

First, Jason Harper worked with us to get the truck we wanted. The truck came in well before it was promised to me. I received it with a full tank of gas, and the features were explained to me. Jason was wanted. The truck came in well before it was promised to me. I received it with a full tank of gas, and the features were explained to me. Jason was the ONLY positive part of my truck purchase. Second, Jeremy Harper was not a good listener to a customer’s needs and desires. Before I walked into the dealerships, I was pre-approved through my bank (RBFCU), and I desired to perform all financing through them (RBFCU). I told Jeremy what I wanted, but he kept pushing to have the dealership do the financing paperwork through RBFCU. I expressed twice that my bank will handle the financing paperwork, but he kept on going the dealership can and will do it. Finally, after close to 2 hours, I gave up, and then he said I had to fill out a credit application. Why should I if I was already pre-approved with RBFCU? This is a prime example where he did not listen to the customer and provide a good experience. My family and I left the dealership, and I was agitated and unhappy. I did let Jeremy know that I was not happy. The following day, I contacted RBFCU to ensure RFBCU would accomplish the financial paperwork. Again, I had to get Jeremy to ensure the bank did this. The bank had to call and give instructions where he could send the sales order. The dealership was a preferred dealership with RFBCU, and how did he not know where to send the documents? Finally, I recently retired from the military after 30 years of service and the last 13 years spent overseas. This was the First American car purchase, and it was a 2021 Ford F-150 truck! The overall experience was not pleasant and very frustrating. I WILL never set foot into this dealership! To be precise, 99% of My Ratings are NOT based on our experience with Jason Harper. More

He did not listen and wanted to control the whole transaction his way. Also, I asked about disabled plates since I'm a 100% total disabled veteran. He told me that unless I trade in a car with disabled plates than I would have to take the plates I get and go to the Hays tax office to get the disabled plates. So I picked plates up from the dealership after they came in. I contacted the Hays county tax office to get my disabled plates and they told me. I could/should have got my disabled plates done through the dealer. They stated dealerships do not like to do it. The Hays county tax said, All they had to do was take a picture and send it in with the plate request. I was considering trading in a car and Jeremy said," Well if you trade in a vehicle than we can order the disabled plates for the F150". Speaks volumes on the lack of customer service provided by the dealership. The whole experience was not what I expected. I served over 30 years in the military and the last 13 years overseas. This was the FIRST American vehicle and Truck that I ever purchased. As a result, I will not be setting foot into this dealership again. Just a frustrating and upsetting experience. My ratings are 99% influenced by Jeremy Harper. More
