I've purchased a few vehicles before, and generally knew what to expect. However, I was surprised by the high level of service that I got from Truck City. The truck I wanted to see was ready and available. I don't know how many times I've gotten the bait and switch in the past, but not here. The good stuff happened after the test drive. Tyler Frisinger was my salesman. Despite being younger than most in the building, he carried himself professionally, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He built both confidence and workability to the deal. I would happily buy from him again, and will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a truck. Also the finance manager was excellent. I brought my own financing and not once did Zach try to strong arm me to in-house financing or try to convince me their financing was better. He was also very patient as I had troubles with getting my financing details over to them. All in all, it was a great experience, and the truck is sweet! More
