We were traveling from Canada through Texas in an RV with a Ford chassis, and discovered a serious problem that stranded us. We tried to find help but were told by the nearest dealer that their first availab a Ford chassis, and discovered a serious problem that stranded us. We tried to find help but were told by the nearest dealer that their first available appointment was 4 months away. After talking with the Ford help center, we were finally referred to Truck City Ford in Buda (a three hour drive from where we were). They were able to get us in within a month. We had to change our travel plans completely, and the drive there was pretty tense, but when we finally got to Austin, Scott and his crew were absolutely amazing. Scott really took the time to communicate with us. The mechanic who worked with us was top notch. He diagnosed the problem and even drew a diagram to make sure we understood the problem. When they found out how far away from home we were and how much we needed our RV, the team sorted out a work-around to help us get on the road. It still took two weeks, but the fix is sound and we’re very grateful. This service center deserves all five stars. The quality of their service, communication and empathy are outstanding. Ford, as a company however, has too few available places to service the RVs that use their chassis. More

Mike Rodgers and his service team are totally excellent! I have had my truck in recently for two (2) different issues and they did an AWESOME job both times!
