No deals or incentives! You pay sticker price. They were not up front about the veteran discount. They also had me pay for transporting a vehicle from one dealer to theirs so that I could purchase it. Again, they don't tell you that you are responsible for paying for this transportation until it's time to sign. Also, if you don't give them a 5 star rating, they will call you and ask you to revise your rating. They did exactly this and I refused. So somehow, they contacted DealerRater and had my review removed. So here I am revising my review. I had given them 2 stars but I have reduced it to 1 because you can not believe any of their reviews. They are apparently altered in their favor. They have the bad reviews removed. Very slow. I came for basic service and waited 3 hours. I then come back for new tires and spent another 2 1/2 hours waiting. The service was great but the pace was slow. Maybe I expect too much.... My only complaint is the truck I purchased already had window tinting on it just like it had 4 wheel drive that was included in the price. I get to financing and you decide to charge me an extra $299.00 f window tinting on it just like it had 4 wheel drive that was included in the price.
