the service rep Scott Jordan was very helpful and courteous. Service was prompt. Truck is good. 1. when truck arrived a service rep said Scott was not in he would help then Scott walked up. 2. When i came in to pay and pick up the Truck the casher was busy on he phone and not attentive but ask me to rate her on the kiosk before we were done. This is uncomfortable and I imagine hard for most people to be honest when it is easy to see where your tapping. 3.i waited 20min for the truck after i paid standing in the middle of the service lane for the truck to arrive and not one person [I even spent time looking at a new superduty] and no one came and asked me if they could help me. it was 11amish. 4. this is my second complaint on this. The porter [not the same one] put the truck into park before the truck came to a stop. the first time i complained i was to mad to go back to service I went to the parts counter and he agreed and i saw him walk aver to service as I was leaving. 5 I need to know that my investment and loyalty are respected. More
