I reviewed what was wrong with the vehicle with Noe, he provided and estimate for the diagnostic testing, and provided a reasonable timeline of when I was going to hear from him. As I am impatient and on a time crunch I followed up next day and Noe was quick to find my file and review what the technician listed. I approved the services and reminded Noe I was on a time crunch and would need the car back no later then Friday by 4p and there was no disappointment. At 3:50p I received a call stating my car was ready for pick up. I showed up, paid, and was on my way. Thank you Noe for helping me get my car fixed for being transparent with me from the beginning and helping me meet my rental car drop off deadline! You are amazing!!! More
