Truck City Ford

I have been a loyal customer for numerous years. I have tried on numerous occasions to get my oil changed only to be told that the day was booked and for me to go online for the next availability. I I have tried on numerous occasions to get my oil changed only to be told that the day was booked and for me to go online for the next availability. I called Maxwell Ford and they advised me to bring my truck in at anytime and it would take about an hour. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at my truck by a service advisor and they took less than an hour to get my oil change done. Fast forward to a month later, I was having transmissions issues and decided that since I bought my warranty with TruckCity, that I would need to take my truck there to get serviced. I set up an appointment for two weeks out because I was told that a certified technician could work on my truck and they were back logged. Two weeks went by and I took my truck at appointed time. Upon my arrival, there were no other vehicles in line. I waited in my truck for about five minutes for a service advisor, but none showed up. I walked into the service office and several advisors where just sitting and talking amongst each other. I waited for a few minutes when one finally asked if I needed help. He took my information and told me that I would need to leave my truck for at least two days. I asked if Truck City would loan me a vehicle to use. He asked if I had an extended warranty, which I told him I did. He then began to research it and advised that if the service took longer than two days then he would try to get me a car loaner. On day 2, I did get a call from the advisor that my truck was ready and all it needed was a software update. He asked me to give him a good review because I would be getting a survey to complete. Had this advisor met me at my truck and showed interest that I was a customer, then giving a good rating would be acceptable. But since he, nor anyone else showed any interest in my arrival, providing good customer assistance was out the window. My suggestion is for the entire service advisors to go to the Maxwell Dealership to see what good customer service looks like. Unlike the sales side of the house, no one there seems interested in keeping loyal customers. More
