Hailey in the service department was amazing! I had body work done at a collision center that resulted in several issues which the shop didn't want to own up to. After taking it to my regular For I had body work done at a collision center that resulted in several issues which the shop didn't want to own up to. After taking it to my regular Ford dealership and the Ford I purchased from I continued to have issues, they "found nothing wrong." I ended up having water leak into my vehicle during a car wash. I promptly took my vehicle to this location so they could see the active leak. Hailey was an angel! She was able to see areas of concern and was very diligent and thorough. My situation got messy as I had to get my insurance and the body shop regional director involved for a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Hailey kept me properly updated along the way! I wish there was more service advisors like Hailey. She sets an exemplary example and goes and above and beyond! More

Cannot express how happy and satisfied I was with the service here. My truck had been at another dealer for over a week with zero communication. Eventually, I was forced to Uber there in person for an up service here. My truck had been at another dealer for over a week with zero communication. I dropped it off at Truck City the following Monday and by Tuesday afternoon the issue had been diagnosed and repaired. 2 days tops!
