I called and set up the drop off time for the following day. I dropped it off so it would be ready in the morning then call to check on it mid day then was told I dropped it off with no appointment which w day. I took my 2018 F-250 in for recall action. Nate, Service Advisor, detailed the known and other recalls, arranged for repair and, while there, did needed routine maintenance.
