The customer service department was fine, I just really had a problem with the amount of time my vehicle was in the shop (10 days) and then I get a $13,000 quote for a new engine. Seems like your company is just a parts changer then an actual mechanic shop. Obviously taking it to the dealer I was expecting a big bill but never 13gs. More
