Truck City Ford has been fantastic to work with us on getting our Ford based Motorhome serviced. We returned from a 2-week trip with a whining sound in the cabin. The service manager, Mike Rogers, had hi getting our Ford based Motorhome serviced. We returned from a 2-week trip with a whining sound in the cabin. The service manager, Mike Rogers, had his service tech ride with me so I could point out the sound. I told Mike we only had 2 weeks before we were scheduled somewhere else. They identified the sound as originating in the transmission. The issue required the transmission to be replaced. They worked with Ford to get the transmission in (covered by the Ford Power-train warranty) and installed on a fast schedule. When I picked up the Motorhome, I told Mike that I had not received any information on the Ford warranty from the motorhome dealer. I asked him where I could find it. Although he had a lot of paperwork on his desk that had to be finished, he took the time to print out the warranty for my VIN. I highly recommend Truck City Ford for their expertise and suprub customer service culture!!!! More

Stopped in to check on parts for campaign on air bags. Service manager said parts were available, and if I wanted,they could fix immediately.
