Enjoyed my interaction with the team over at Truck City. I have already purchased 2 vehicles with the Leif Johnson team and within the next year will be looking for a 3rd. Three weeks ago I had a issue with my truck shifting hard, I had called all my local Ford dealers in San Antonio area every one of them didn’t seem interested and told me minimum 2 month wait. I called Truck City Ford after I passed it driving to Waco. The service advisor was not only very professional, was concerned, and got me in the same week! They Made the corrections the truck needed as I waited just over a hour. Very friendly and professional staff. Two weeks later my a/c compressor went out. Again all the local dealerships in San Antonio told me a month minimum and 5 days to Diagnose. I called Truck City Ford on Friday before Memorial Day the service advisor said to bring my truck in they diagnosed it on the spot, ordered parts and I had my truck back the next business day! I will do all my business with Truck City Ford going forward. Thank y'all at Truck City Ford for such great service! More
