I took my dually transit van in for tire rotation and asked them to add a valve extender I provided on the tire that did not have one. They took off the one I had and replaced it with a new one and did asked them to add a valve extender I provided on the tire that did not have one. They took off the one I had and replaced it with a new one and did not put it on the tire that I requested. Then they told me they lost my other one. I had an additional one with me so they put that one on, but did not replace the cap on the outside tire. I had to go back twice to get it done correctly. Makes me worry that they did not balance the tires as they said. They also showed me a big dent in my chrome rim and said it was already there. I didn't see it before, but did not argue as it is possible. Anyway I was disappointed in the service. More
