Usually I am very happy with this service but when I took my explorer in for oil change a few things bothered me 1. They did not have s record of my appointment 2. The service report said the cooling system was checked but now the a/c is not cooling properly 5. I’d like to know that I am obtaining points in the ford rewards program but have no idea if i am 6 a courtesy wash should be provided every time since i have purchased my last 2 vehicles at this dealership More

We were stranded within 30 miles of this dealership after an 8 hour drive. At my brother’s recommendation (he lives locally) , we had the car towed there Friday evening.
