We have been buying vehicles and having them serviced at truck city over a decade now. In the last two years the service center has become so disjointed, unresponsive and down right impolite. As if I should be so lucky to give them my hard earned money. In the last year I’ve had almost 20k I’m repairs on one vehicle and they act like they don’t know me and wouldn’t care if they did. I don’t know what’s going on over there but someone should look into the POOR level of service. I’ve had good and kind encounters with the receptionists and I believe Mike tried but the service advisors are not trained well. Thank you, More
